Emily Chu is a classically-trained pianist and music teacher born and raised in Vancouver, BC, and based in Sydney, Australia. She was enrolled in the Evening Division Program at the Juilliard School of Music and studied with Dr. Julie Jordan and Liz Huang. She has studied music previously with Winfried Rompf and Edward Parker at the British Columbia Conservatory of Music in Burnaby, BC.

Emily has been playing the piano for over 20 years and has been teaching music for over 15 years. She holds an ARCT in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory and is currently working on a Licentiate from the Australian Music Examination Board.
